Booking & Billing Policies
Cancellation & Refund:
Appointments cancelled before dispatch or session start are refunded minus a 3.5% + $0.30 processing fee to cover payment processor costs.
Remote Sessions Overtime:
If your remote session requires additional time beyond what is scheduled, you agree to pay for extra time at $125/hr. Your technician will obtain your consent before proceeding, or your session will conclude when time expires.
On-Site Dispatch & Service Terms:
The upfront $149 fee covers dispatch and is non-refundable once the technician is dispatched. Final billing will occur automatically upon service completion at $125/hr to your card on file.
SEO Audit 1-Hour Delivery:
Your comprehensive SEO audit report will be generated and emailed to your address within 1 hour of booking. If you selected the optional video call add-on, your strategist will meet with you at your chosen appointment time.
Cybersecurity Audit 1-Hour Delivery:
Your website and perimeter security audit report will be emailed to you within 1 hour of booking. Note: on-premise infrastructure, physical servers, and internal IT network security require a separate consultation.
